Terms of service

Welcome to Statix. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services, websites, and dashboard operated under the brand Statix (“Statix”, “we”, “us”, “our”) at getstatix.co (the “Service”). By placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you have the authority to bind yourself or the business you represent to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Statix is a creative studio that designs static image advertisements for e-commerce and direct-to- consumer brands. We deliver image creatives in standard advertising formats — 1:1 (square), 9:16 (vertical), and optionally 4:5 (portrait) — intended for use on Meta, Google, and similar ad platforms. We do not design video, animation, websites, packaging, or any media beyond static image ads unless specifically agreed in writing.

3. Account Registration

Some features require an account on the Statix dashboard. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of 18% GST.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store full card or banking details on our servers.
• Current packs: Starter ₹2,999 (5 ads), Growth ₹5,999 (15 ads), Scale ₹8,999 (30 ads), and Enterprise (custom, 50+ ads).
• When you buy a pack, the number of ads included is auto-credited to your Statix dashboard as tokens on a 1:1 basis (e.g., Growth pack → 15 tokens).
• You can also top up your wallet directly at ₹400 per token. Wallet topups are credited instantly after payment confirmation.
• Prices, pack contents, and per-ad rates may change from time to time. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that order.

5. Delivery Timelines

We commit to the following turnaround times, counted from the time we have received your brand brief, product images, and any required references:

• Starter (5 ads): within 72 hours.
• Growth (15 ads): within 48 hours.
• Scale (30 ads): within 48 hours.
• Enterprise: as agreed in writing.

Delivery is digital only. Files are made available via the Statix dashboard and a delivery email sent to the address on your order. Delays caused by incomplete briefs, missing assets, or unresponsive client review do not count towards our turnaround time.

6. Revisions

Every ad we deliver includes 1 free revision. Additional revisions on the same ad are billed at ₹49 per revision, payable from your wallet or as a top-up. Revisions are limited to refinements of the same concept — entirely new concepts are treated as new ads. Revision requests must be raised within 14 days of delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

• Once your order is paid in full, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide licence to use the final delivered creatives across your owned channels and paid media. For full assignment of rights (sole ownership), contact us — this can be arranged at no extra cost on written request.
• Source files (PSD, AI, layered Figma, etc.) are not included by default. They are available on request, generally at no charge for active customers.
• Stock imagery, fonts, or third-party assets used in your creatives remain governed by their original licences (we use only commercial-cleared sources).
• We reserve the right to display anonymised or non-confidential versions of delivered work in our portfolio, case studies, and ad samples. You can opt out of this at any time by writing to admin@getstatix.co.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to request or distribute creatives that:

• Promote illegal products, services, or activities under Indian law.
• Contain hateful, defamatory, sexually explicit, or harassing content.
• Infringe a third party’s trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights.
• Make medical, financial, or earnings claims that cannot be substantiated.
• Target minors with age-inappropriate products.

We may refuse, pause, or cancel any order that violates this section, and may issue a refund for undelivered ads as set out in our Refund Policy.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, abuse our team, or use the Service fraudulently. On termination, any undelivered ads will be refunded on a pro-rata basis in line with our Refund Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

Statix delivers creative assets only. We do not guarantee any specific ad performance, return on ad spend, conversion rate, or sales outcome. Ad performance depends on factors outside our control, including but not limited to your offer, landing page, pricing, audience, targeting, platform algorithms, and budget.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost revenue.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Statix, its partners, and team harmless from any claim or demand (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) content, products, or claims you ask us to feature in your creatives, (b) your use of delivered creatives, or (c) your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Material changes will be notified by email or via a notice on the dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Contact
