Delivery policy

Statix is a digital creative service. We design static image ads and deliver them as files — there is nothing to ship physically, anywhere in the world. This page describes how and when you can expect to receive your creatives.

1. Digital Delivery Only

Every Statix order is fulfilled digitally. We do not ship any physical product, packaging, USB drives, or printed material. There are no courier charges, customs charges, or delivery fees of any kind.

2. Turnaround Times by Pack

Turnaround is measured from the time we have received your complete brief, brand assets, and product images. Standard turnaround times for each pack:

• Starter (5 ads): within 72 hours.
• Growth (15 ads): within 48 hours.
• Scale (30 ads): within 48 hours.
• Enterprise (50+ ads): as agreed in writing.

Most orders go out faster than the stated window. Larger packs are typically delivered in batches so you can start testing creatives sooner.

3. How Files Are Delivered

• Files appear in the Statix dashboard against your order, available to download as ZIPs or individual files.
• We also send a delivery email with secure links to the email address on file for the order, so you don’t need to log in to grab the files.
• You will receive a notification each time a batch of ads is uploaded against your order.

4. File Formats

By default, every ad is delivered in:

• 1:1 (square) — for Meta and Google feed placements.
• 9:16 (vertical) — for Stories and Reels placements.
• 4:5 (portrait) — available as an add-on at ₹49 per ad, per format.

Files are delivered as PNG or JPG at 1080×1080 (1:1) or 1080×1920 (9:16) resolution, optimised for ad platforms. Source files (PSD, AI, Figma) are not included by default but are available on request for active customers.

5. International Customers

Statix serves brands worldwide. Because everything is delivered digitally, there are no shipping fees, no customs duties, and no delivery charges regardless of where your business is located. All orders are billed in INR (₹) and inclusive of 18% GST where applicable under Indian law.

6. Failed Delivery or Missing Files

If you cannot find your files in the dashboard, the delivery email landed in spam, or the download link has expired, please write to us — we’ll resend the files within one business day at no extra cost.
