Refund policy

1. Why we don’t refund
Statix sells creative work, not physical goods. The moment our designers begin sketching, sourcing references, or producing a draft, that time and craft cannot be recovered — even if the work is later abandoned. Because of this, all purchases at Statix (packs, single ads, and wallet topups) are non-refundable.
By placing an order at getstatix.co or through the Statix dashboard, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital service and agree to this no-refund policy.
2. What we guarantee instead
- Unlimited free revisions on every ad until you’re satisfied — no extra cost, no “revision rounds” cap.
- Replacement, not refund. If a delivered ad doesn’t meet the brief, tell us in the revision thread and we’ll redo it. If it still misses, we’ll remake it from scratch with a different angle.
- Wallet tokens never expire. If you stop ordering for a while, your unused tokens stay available indefinitely on your Statix account.
3. Cancellation before production starts
If you place an order but want to cancel before our team has started production, email us at admin@getstatix.co with your order number. If we haven’t begun work, we’ll convert your payment to Statix wallet tokens at the same per-ad rate — you can use them on any future order, anytime. Tokens never expire.
We can confirm whether production has started within one business day of your email.
4. Wallet topups
- Wallet topups are pre-purchases of future creative work at a discounted per-ad rate — not a deposit. They are non-refundable.
- Tokens never expire and stay tied to your Statix account. They cannot be transferred to another account or business without our written consent.
- For v1, a single wallet may hold up to 200 tokens (₹80,000) at a time. For more, contact us for an Enterprise arrangement.
5. Payment disputes & chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please email us first — we’ll respond within one business day and resolve in good faith. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your Statix account and forfeiture of any unused wallet tokens.
6. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer-protection rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law.
